He was just AWESOME, SUPERB, AWESOME because he did maintenance check on ALL 4 Appliances in the morning at ONE time. Instead of 2 in the morning & 2 in the afternoon as was emailed to me! He was also very informative with what he did in doing the maintenance checks.

I have 4 appliances that I have checked every year. I received an email from Home Services that the "tech" will be arriving at 08:20 for 2 appliances & at 04:30 for the other 2. . WHAT?! Why can't the tech do ALL of the appliances at once! When Richard came, I was so happy that he checked ALL 4 of the appliances when he first arrived in the the morning. . .then I could errands after he left!

The problem is the wait to hear from the technician, should be morning or afternoon appointments, but not all day waiting, This is abusive.
