Knowledgeable, friendly
Sears is frustrating when they can't let a customer know if the tech will come in the morning or afternoon. What if the customer worked full time? It's not fair to expect them to take a full day off.

Carl always calls early before heading out to us. He is kind and efficient and manages to get through his work without delay. Today was our annual service visit and he checked out the three items that were under wararanty coverage. We will talk again when it comes time to renew our coverage, assuming nothing goes wrong.

He was just AWESOME, SUPERB, AWESOME because he did maintenance check on ALL 4 Appliances in the morning at ONE time. Instead of 2 in the morning & 2 in the afternoon as was emailed to me! He was also very informative with what he did in doing the maintenance checks.
