William performed the maintenance & cleaning on my Kenmore Elite Washing Machine today. In fact he serviced 5 appliances. I cannot say enough about him. He performed what other technicians simply did not do. He has integrity! He communicated clearly with my husband & me on the condition of our washer, as well as tips/products we could use or need for our washer. He showed us the parts to our washer that he checked, as well as the parts of our other products & gave us professional advice for what we can do for longevity of each. He, also, complemented us on how well we do our part, as far as our responsibility as the owner to keep our products working smoothly. He's my preference for all of my products if it could be arranged. You can be assured he's professional, kind & most importantly, trustworthy. Thank you William so much for your integrity!

As well as doing a thorough maintenance & cleaning, he communicated the condition of our dryer along with recommendations to help keep our dryer running smoothly. Very kind & professional.
