When I set up the appt, I specifically stated I wanted the appt for after 1:00 p.m. However, I received a call on the date of the appt at 8:00 a.m. stating the repair person was on his way. I had an appt for that time, but I was able to reschedule it. I tried rescheduling the appt online the day before, but evidently it didn't work.
