Mohan is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He successfully completed the yearly maintenance service for my dishwasher, range, refrigerator and washer. He knew what to do and wasted no time. He gave us tips on what to do and he is very friendly. Sears is lucky to have Mohan on the team. He is excellent.
