William was very pleasant and knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed that he knew how to check all three appliances. He installed a filter on my refrigerator and suggested I run some water to clear out anything from the old filter and the new. No. one had ever suggested that before.

Eustaquio - I don't remember his name, walked me through everything as he went along. He also had a trainee with him who also informed me as they worked. They reported that my appliances were in good working condition and they had me sign and they left.
