Carl always calls early before heading out to us. He is kind and efficient and manages to get through his work without delay. Today was our annual service visit and he checked out the three items that were under wararanty coverage. We will talk again when it comes time to renew our coverage, assuming nothing goes wrong.

He was just AWESOME, SUPERB, AWESOME because he did maintenance check on ALL 4 Appliances in the morning at ONE time. Instead of 2 in the morning & 2 in the afternoon as was emailed to me! He was also very informative with what he did in doing the maintenance checks.

I have 4 appliances that I have checked every year. I received an email from Home Services that the "tech" will be arriving at 08:20 for 2 appliances & at 04:30 for the other 2. . WHAT?! Why can't the tech do ALL of the appliances at once! When Richard came, I was so happy that he checked ALL 4 of the appliances when he first arrived in the the morning. . .then I could errands after he left!

The problem is the wait to hear from the technician, should be morning or afternoon appointments, but not all day waiting, This is abusive.
