The day Thomas came to perform maintenance on the appliances, I had three contractors lined up that morning as I am getting this property ready for move-in. Thomas was the only contractor that day who was on-time. Something I appreciated so much. He took the time needed to thoroughly checkout each appliance.

Sears is frustrating when they can't let a customer know if the tech will come in the morning or afternoon. What if the customer worked full time? It's not fair to expect them to take a full day off.
