Dishwasher Repair - Trying Since Jan 22, 2024
Mario was very efficient and friendly when removing the control panel from the dryer. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE TIME SEARS SERVICE IS TAKING TO REPAIR THE DRYER. AS OF THIS WRITING, IT HAS BEEN 22 DAYS AND NO ANTICIPATED DATE OF COMPLETING THE REPAIR!

Reuben was magnificent. He was very thorough and went above and beyond my expectations. In all my years of having Sears come here and do the annual cleaning, Ruben was the only one that took the time and really clean out the lint from the dryer which had years of buildup. We were delighted with the care Jim took on each of our four appliances, stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer. He was kind and helped me know what to do to keep my washer in good condition. He was caring and thorough with each appliance, even making sure everything was clean and in good shape behind the fridge. He was polite and good humored, taking his time to make sure all was well with our appliances. Please use this recommendation for our other three appl. as well.
