Dryer repair and washer maintenance check
Jamie called to let me know he was on his way. This is good practice to make sure we don't miss him. He arrived within the alloted time frame. He told us the nature of the problem and fixed it. Honestly, we haven't tried the dryer yet; we're too busy. But the experience was pleasant. He said he checked the dryer and it is still in good condition. We asked for maintenance check on washer and he said it is stable, no issues. Overall, good experience, came across as professional.

When I set up the appt, I specifically stated I wanted the appt for after 1:00 p.m. However, I received a call on the date of the appt at 8:00 a.m. stating the repair person was on his way. I had an appt for that time, but I was able to reschedule it. I tried rescheduling the appt online the day before, but evidently it didn't work.
