Refrigerator maintenance for the year

First time using Sears for preventative maintenance service. My service technician, Alfredo, was prompt and friendly. I received text notifications days prior as appt reminders and then again a text minutes before his arrival. He checked the machine, paying careful attention to specific areas that had repairs done in the past when I shared that information with him. His visit didn't take long because it was a maintenance visit rather than a repair. It's a free annual service for those who have the master protection plan, which in my opinion, is worth it for peace of mind.
