Daniel was very efficient in checking my covered appliances. He was very patient and knowledgeable answering all questions about services and the new home warrant contract. We had tried to get information by phone last week and had a hard time getting a live person to talk to and ask questions when I finally did get someone I could not understand half of he said...had to constantly ask him to repeat. Finally got frustrated and hung up. Daniel took the time to answer all questions and helped me get warranty set up.
