Shane called to give me an estimated time that he would arrive and actually arrive at that time. When I told him that I was having 6 appliances serviced, he checked and since he was schedule to service 5 of them, he called and had the dryer added to his schedule. That was very great. He also explained what he changed and why. When working in the house he always let me know when there was going to be extra noise and he completely cleaned up every area that he worked in.
