Joseph was pleasant and efficient. He was also thorough. He was courteous to me and members of my household. I had had a problem with getting too many parts on a previous maintenance call that he was willing to assist with. He's welcome to come and maintain my appliances again.

Greg kept communication open about his arrival. Answered lots of questions about the repair of our washer and made sure everything was working before he left. I asked him how to clean the lent from the dryer and he explained what a good idea it was to have your machine cleaned due to the build up inside of lent, dust and hair could be a serious fire hazard. Thankfully he said he had some extra time while the washer ran through a cycle and offered to do a cleaning service on it. When he opened it up the inside was full of pet hair and lent! Thank you Greg for being so good thorough! You are truely the best!

Very happy with service for the dryer maintenance & washer diagnostics today. Needed part for washer ordered - so he will be back when received. Randall was very informative and courteous. He did what he had to do; however, there were more that could be done and it required a more expensive part, the computer, or I need to purchase a new one. So for now I'll stick to a simpler one and let the washer run its course. Mahalo nui loa.
