Excellent customer service
Carlos was friendly, professional and gave good recommendation on continued maintenance. We had washer and dryer maintenance service done. The dryer was way overdo for maintenance.

Today, Curtis arrived promptly at 8 a.m. He was polite and very efficient. He took time to go over my concerns and did appropriate testing. I appreciate good communicatio and work practice. He examined parts that were shipped but not needed and labeled them and took them with no worry for me. Thank you for a GREAT experience.
