Gary called ahead to confirm his arrival. He had to suit up and squeeze into an old dirty crawlspace to service our old furnace. Throughout the appointment, he continuously told me what he was seeing and doing. He discussed long-term things to watch as the system continues to age. "There's a little rust to keep an eye on... Consider adding a CO detector here... Don't touch those old ducts". He didn't try to sell me anything or offer any unneeded repairs.
