Thank you Ricky for everything you took care of today February 15, 2024. Thank you Sears for being there for us. Unfortunately we had to buy a new washer and dryer because we waited to long for all the parts (6 weeks plus spent $ 350.00 for laundry mat) The one thing left on the parts was the transmission and it showed up last Friday, February 9th, 2024 and UPS delivered it at night and oil leaking all over the box. Dave the technician was great in trying to get all the part, bless his heart he sure worked hard to get all the part. I just want to thank Dave for his hard in trying to order the transmission. Also thank you Ricky for taking care of are Refrigerators and Stove today February 15, 2024. Thank you Sears for having such wonderful Technicians and being there for us I'm calling UPS and they can pick up the Transmission and send it where it came from.
