JC was great! Have never had a bad experience with A&E technicians! Tryn to get this appointment was bit frustrating when dealing with Sears. An email in Feb telln me my Jan appt was canceled, nobody ever showed!, was comical. And then day of, Feb 21st, I had 2 different companies scheduled to come out. Had to jump thru hoops to talk to a human and call from another phone not associated with my account because it would only give me automated responses…Get It Together Sears! Again JC was awesome!
