My appointment was scheduled for 8-12, he didn't arrive until after 4:30. Luckily I had nothing else scheduled for the day. Also, I was able to track the timing via a connection that was sent to me. In spite of the time delay I think the service was great. He was very thorough and didn't try to rush through the appointment. Will definitely use again.
