Jose was Great, Professional,Courteous, and Knowledgeable. I wish I could say that about the rest of Sears staff but I can't. Back in the day Sears customer service was a 10 now it's a negative 10. Stop outsourcing your customer service centers. I could barely understand the people and what they are saying. Not being discriminatory, just honest. UNPROFESSIONAL.. I wish these surveys would do good but they don't. These comments that I am submitting will fall on deaf ears and go right into the trash. The service Sears now provides is AWFUL!! I have renewed my extended contract on my washer and dryer for over 20 years now, but no more. You people are a JOKE and it is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! You pay for a service and expect great service from top to bottom. Well not anymore with Sears. I wish someone would get back to me on these comments I have submitted, but I won't hold my breath.

Bob is very knowledgeable and professional and thorough! I felt very comfortable with his competence. I would ask him back if you hadn't discontinued the Master Agreement plan on yearly maintenance. So disappointed of that!
