Washer
Timothy was very polite and informative. Ny problrm is with sears charging me a 119.00 service fee when he came he did not have rhe door to the washer as i had requeste. Then i found out machine made in China and no parts are available my nachine is 2 1/2 years oold and they can not help me. They still charged me fir a service charge. I am working on getting my money back. I have always trusted the Kenmore name no more.

HE SEEMED TO ENJOY HIS WORK, AS EVIDENCED BY HIS DOING MORE THAN MAKING A SUPERFICIAL EFFORT, UNLIKE MANY OF THE OTHER SEARS SERVICE REPS THAT HAVE COME TO MY HOME OVER THE YEARS.
