Johnny was fantastic! He showed up, was courteous and genial, explained what was going and what needed to happen, and got to work. He was so quick and did such a great job with my refrigerator, it was a stark and very welcome contrast to the lack of service I'd gotten with Josh who NEVER showed up and then caused the appt to be rescheduled 6 times. Johnny was fantastic and whenever I need my appliances serviced in the future I will definitely ask for Johnny.
