Glenn, the service tech confirmed his estimated arrival time, completed all requested repairs and maintenance professionally, and responded to my requests to be shown how to perform routine maintenance of both our dishwasher and refrigerator. Glenn could not have been more courteous and professional. Regarding my initial impression of all the preliminary texts, emails, and initial phone call to set up service I couldn't possibly have been more upset, disappointed, and genuinely frustrated. 'Sears' Management' definitely must investigate how to improve in this area.

He was a huge help and very patient and kind as I describe my trouble gettin heard and thru to Sears by phone That needs to be fixed To many prompts and foreign speaking people who do not care and just read a book When you sell a insurance policy should be a better way to get help this has been a mess since February 22 Mark is awesome a true asset !!
