The fact that I look forward to my HVAC maintenance service appointments is hilarious. My family has had the Master Protection Agreement ever since I was a kid and all I know is when an appliance is not working right in the house - call SEARS :-). Sears has been taking care of my immediate family for decades and the repair technicians are second to none. Bobby deserves a bonus.

Jarrod did a thorough job of servicing our units. And thanks to him noticing an odor near our gas meter, we were able to contact TECO immediately. They confirmed there was a low leak caused by a small crack in one of our pipes. Thank you Jarrod
