The services provided on my two appliances today, were performed very much to my Satisfaction. However, after 38-years of having my Washer protect- ed under the Maintenance Agreement, it is devastat- ing for the Second time without my knowledge and until I tried to renew my Agreement for another year...was I told that my Washer would no-longer be covered. My Kenmore Washer is working perfectly . Sear did the Very Same Thing with my O'Keefe & Merrett Built-In Oven, when you could no longer find the parts to repair it. I had to purchase a New Built-In Oven on my own. I have been a Sears faithful customer for over 40 years, and this is the way I am treated.

Vonzell was very punctual & friendly. I enjoyed speaking with him very much. The service he provided was impeccable & he showed me the issue with the pump housing and warned that the pump would not last much longer. He also cleaned & checked my dryer. Excellent service, thank you Vonzell'

Roger is an excellent technician, very knowledgeable and was considerate about my home. He provided excellent advice regarding maintenance of my washer and dryer. He may have saved my life by preventing a fire hazard. Very grateful. You are lucky to have him as an employee!
