George inspected our Samsung refrigerator ice maker problem. He ordered some parts that we needed, and they were shipped to our house. He arrived on time a week after his first visit to install the parts that were waiting for him. There was good communication about arrival times and updates by text messages and phone calls to complete the repair. George did a first class job ! He explained a few things we should know to keep our ice maker in good order. He knew exactly what parts to order and knew what he was doing, a real pro! We were glad George was the technician who returned to install the parts. Having Sears and George servicing our refrigerator problem was an A+ experience. I highly recommend Sears for repairs. John
