Joey completed diagnosing the problem with the washer and explained in detail the problem and how much to fix. We opted to repair and Joey went right to work. He needed a part, explained it to us and we set up another day for service. Wonderful guy!

Jason did a great job. Attentive to details and left everything neat and clean. Only issue I had was with Sears notification system. At 8:00 still had no time other than 8:00 - 5:00. Called them and the automated system said 8:33. Later the text system said 9:05, later it said 9:38. At 9:46 received a call from Jason indicating he was about 15 - 20 min away. Called back at 10:10 that he was at the gate. After that, everything was perfect.
