Mr. Frank was courteous, friendly and very informative relative to any questions l posed. I asked some questions about the designations on the remote control. He explained them to me. Also, he explained the maintenance he was doing to the air conditioner. In the past and the present, l have always appreciated his interaction with me. He explains the work he is doing. Mr. Frank has been my Sears technician for my air conditioner for several years. He has maintained it in working order. Also, he has keep it very clean. Thank you for asking for my comments. If sears has a rating scale and 10 was the max, Mr. Frank would be a 10 plus. In my opinion.

Mr. Ostap P is OUTSTANDING!!! He was on time, very polite and he did amazing job on my dryer. He explained to me how to better care for my dryer. He explained how some of the dust was on th electrical area of the dryer. He is very knowledgeable and he DONT CUT CORNERS. He is a good employee.
