Exceptional Maintenance Check
Leonardo did an excellent job on my washer & dryer. He took them apart and checked that all parts were working well. Showed me the inside and explained certain aspects. He even checked the exhaust and drain outside my home. He did the most complete check I've ever had. And he was courteous to me and friendly to my barking dog.

He was friendly, fast and efficient. No bad reflection on him, that I didn't appreciate not being able to get through to talking to a real person while interacting with SHS sears home services. Also the AI said it would contact me if it had a faster initial appointment date. It did not. I got one myself, by calling the day after. Being that my heat was completely out in winter, was very stressful and I hated not being able to talk to a real person. Also online the reason fir the appointment was incorrectly posted (as a free service checkup) which gave me more anxiety.
