Jim at first couldn't see anything wrong with our dryer, but he kept running it until it got hit and then the problem revealed itself. He didn't leave right away, which we appreciated. He also found some hidden debris in our washing machine (in an area that I wouldn't have known to look in). Really hope we get to work with him again!
