George was extremely thorough with the maintenance check for my two Kenmore refrigerators! He is quite fastidious and took the time to check and clean every aspect of my the refrigerators. He also was helpful to provide me tips on maintaining the refrigerators in between my 'health' maintenance checks. I will request George for all my future maintenance and/or repair needs. Thank You!

Tim was scheduled to come to my home for service agreement maintenance for dishwasher. He let me know his schedule and arrived on schedule. He checked my dishwasher for water level and cleaned filters and checked for any water leaks. No other service tech had checked for water leaks. I had also tried to schedule the maintenance for my refrigerator for the same day. However, the automated system we must use told me the day was available put would never change to my request. Tim checked with his supervisor and was allowed to do the maintenance check of my refrigerator. He also did a very thorough check of my refrigerator. He was very careful with everything and was respectful of my home and equipment. He shared tips of cleaning and proper maintenance. I was able to communicate with him easily. He was very knowledgeable of his work. I say you have a very conscience employee and I rate him with 5 stars. Thank you Tim for a good job.
