Was great to receive Billy's thorough and excellent service. He explained what he did, what he observed and explained why the furnace would not be serviced at this visit. He assured me the heat pump was in good working order but needed cleaning which he did. Thank you!

Steve diligently checked over all of our appliances (washing machine, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher). Some of them are vintage, so he told us what to watch for if they begin to fail. He answered questions we had about them and told us how to avoid having issues with the dishwasher and range. He was friendly, efficient and trustworthy. We appreciated his visit and commend him on his professionalism. We have always used Kenmore products and having competent service people is one of the reasons why.
