For the first time in several years, the technician dispatched to my home to perform the annual maintenance check on my Sears Kenmore refrigerator was equipped with the proper tools (that is, a temperature sensing device to check the inside compartments of my refrigerator). Further, he had a background in refrigeration -- unlike many of the recent dispatched technicians who came to my home (a few who had ZERO training in performing the maintenance check).
