Marshall Washington was my technician, he arrived in a timely manner & got to work immediately, he was very informative about things associated with my unit that I wasn't aware off, very patient gentlemen. I would like to request Marshall every time I require service

Tony had a lot of experience and gave some good advice. I needed help getting the detergent/softener drawer out so I could it as well. He was patient while I washed the detergent/fabric softener drawer and showed me how to put it back in the machine. Everything is clean and in perfect working order! Thank you!
