Efficient, respectful, kind despite being very busy. He helped work out not being billed per his computer since I had a service contract. I really appreciated this. I also appreciated that he came earlier than the changed appointment. This allowed me to keep other appointments. My scheduled appointment time had been changed without me knowing it but I did not want to miss out . Everything worked out and I got some questions answered too. Thanks so much!
