Dave was pleasant and professional. That said, with an 8-5 window, he arrived at 4:30. He was kind enough to call earlier in the morning to say he expected to be here no earlier than 1:00 but before 3:00. I realize the technician's can easily run into problems. I did appreciate that call. I do however wish, a shorter window could be provided by the company and that next year ALL five appliances on our agreement can be visited the same day!! To send someone for just the microwave was foolish. That has never been the case the past eight years. Dave did great.
