Jorge was exceptional with his work. He was great at answering our questions by informing us about solutions that would solve our problems with the appliances! We have had many maintenance people come but Jorge had special insight and a strong willingness to go above and beyond by accepting our requests! He took his time, tested the appliance, and shared his experiences. We found that very rewarding as Sears Customers!
