Domingo was fast and efficient. However, I am completely FLABBERGASTED about the amount of money required to fix a simple washing machine! I had to give him $400+ UPFRONT in order for someone to come back and finish the JOB!!! This is Highway Robbery! The total for diagnosis, repair and parts was almost $600!!! I didn't even pay that much for the new washer when I bought it about 6-7 years ago. What is happening in this country? Nothing but greedy companies taking care of their Bottom Line, aka Profits, over the well being and security of the everyday citizens! Thanks to Domingo for being a Gentleman when he told me how much $$ I had to put down while I gasped in Astonishment and Disgust at the money I needed to put down or NOT get my washer repaired. This is not Domingo's fault. I did not need to scold the Messenger so much apologies to Domingo.
