The Service Tech that was scheduled to arrive for my preventative maintenance appointment regarding my washer and dryer was David. To begin with, David was extremely prompt, arriving exactly at 8AM. He was very courteous and friendly, and went straight to servicing my appliances. He was exceptional in his work ethic; and it did not take much time before he completed the job. I was greatly impressed with the service I received!

Service was quick and Arthur was great but I despise dealing with the freaking AI. Customer service is really bad. I don't like having to go to a website to get service. Put humans into customer service!

Wayne has been maintaining my fridge for a few years now under the MPA. After you cover the annual "tune-up," the MPA to cover breakdowns is pennies. The fact that Sears keeps sending Wayne is a real plus, I like the consistency of personnel and the chance to "catch up." He convinced me to sign-up again this year!
