Donald was very nice, courteous, & efficient. I appreciate that he called in the morning to let me know that he would be arriving between 1-4 pm. I liked the automated text & email stating that the technician was on his way. Also, liked receiving the documents via email.

We uploaded our model number and told the coordinator we needed a motherboard. We took time off work only to find out that Bosch doesn't make the motherboard anymore. Why waste everyone's time and money if you already knew that? Waste

We schedule an appointment for our AC seasonal maintenance with Sears. Our technician, Edward, was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and on time. He tested the system step by step and gave us great recommendations on how to run the AC more efficiently. We look forward to working with Sears in future occasions.
