Manuel kept his arrival time updated and arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and provided "before and after" videos of the work he performed on my clothes dryer. There was much buildup of dirt and lots of thick dust covering important wiring! The entire thing was totally free of all of that and exceptionally clean when the job was finished! He also ensured every part of my washing machine was running and working properly. The area around both machines was left looking much more tidy and definitely cleaner. I appreciated that he was detail oriented!! I am grateful that Manuel was my Sears' Technician today and plan to schedule the same Service on a regular basis. Hopefully, I can request that he be the Technician again!

Even though my original schedule date kept getting cancelled and rescheduled, when he came out this morning the man was polite and very efficient. He cleaned the back of both the refrigerator and the freezer; made sure they were back in the same places that they were at when he got there and helped me take the shelves out and thoroughly cleaned the inside as well as the back of the units.
