Charles did a fantastic job. Last year the technician who came never pulled out our frig to vacuum back but that was the first thing Charles did and we didn't even ask him. He told us about the plan that covers other appliances and lots of other information that was helpful. He was very polite and courteous. He did a fantastic job for us. Thank you Charles.

Each year I have someone come do maintenance on my washer and dryer. Each year for the last three the tech gets a repair order and thinks they are coming to repair. I have taken to capturing a photo of the maintenance order, but seems something is flawed on your end. That said, tech was amazing
