when scheduling the appointment I asked the person to take off the cell phone number listed and gave her our home phone number. They never did that and poor Colin kept calling the cell number we hardly use. He showed up on time no matter getting the wrong number from the people who scheduled. I finally edited it lets hope next time the people scheduling get it right.

For example, when I told him that my washer sometimes gets to the end of the cycle and the clothes are still wet, he said, "If you had read the owner's manual which I know you didn't, you would have known that's normal when the load is unbalanced."
