Your technician was excellent, polite and efficient and did his best to to do the best he could. However, I set up the appointment, & it was cancelled & rescheduled multiple times. I'm almost 70 & not in the best of health, & yet on every morning of the day of my appointment I unloaded both my refrigerator & freezer items into the large coolers, moved them to another room and then at 4 PM when you called & cancelled I had to move the coolers back to the kitchen & restock both items. By Saturday morning my back hurts so bad I could not even stand straight up and could barely move. When you cancel a scheduled appointment, it should be rescheduled for the first appointment on the next available day. Not constantly rescheduled, cancelled & then rescheduled again!
