Excellent Service
Roman serviced two refrigerators and did an excellent job. Moved both and after cleaning the coils, he vacuumed the floors before putting them back in place. Very nice person and would not hesitate to have in come to our house again with needed.

George was great! Very professional, efficient and friendly. He was kind enough to give us a few minutes to vacuum behind the refrigerator while he had it pulled away from the wall.

Matthew arrived and said he could not find that my air conditioning water heater, and refrigerator were under my home maintenance agreement, He made me dig through my files to show him the contract. Then he took pictures of my water heater and refrigerator, but said he wouldn't do anything, like pulling out the refrigerator or even removing the bottom grate to see if there was dust or fur which needed cleaning out. He wanted me to pay an additional $50 before touching anything and also to sign a waiver in case he touched or broke an item in the appliance. I really don't think he was a certified Sears technician.
