Tech arrived and went right to work. He checked all functions and checked for radiation leaks, finding none. When I first called Sears to make service appointment, I was told Sears no longer handled microwaves and authorized me to find my own service. But when I called back a few days later to confirm this, the new phone rep told me they had a microwave specialist and proceeded with the appointment. As I said, this specialist did a thorough job, but Sears phone reps cannot be trusted to know what they're doing. I advise customers to keep trying.
