Albert knew what the problem was but could not do anything because it was a check warranty on paper which I feel is wrong on Sears part. I told person when I asked for maintenance check that there was a problem now someone has to return and I have to wait at home. Albert tried to change it on his end but he couldn't. I called and I had to make another work order and who knows when they coming. Another day might be water if I have to wait at home.
