Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He answered all of our questions. We are so glad that he asked us when we had last had our dryer vacuumed out. We thought it was the last time it had been serviced, which was around 2020, so we agreed to have it vacuumed out. Mark showed us that there had been a slight fire within the dryer. He showed us the blackened pieces of lint. Now we know that we need to have it vacuumed out every two years. Thank you, Mark for alerting us about the importance of having this procedure done on a regular basis, and doing such a great job!
