He kept me informed about when he would arrive and was within 10 minutes! He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. When he serviced the dryer he called me over to see how much it needed service. It was a good experience. Also I'd like to say how grateful I am that Sears was able to send someone the day after I called for service. It's hard to get good service these days.
