He did very good work. However, he was a little rude. For example, when I told him that my washer sometimes gets to the end of the cycle and the clothes are still wet, he said, "If you had read the owner's manual which I know you didn't, you would have known that's normal when the load is unbalanced."

He performed annual check up and maintenance on my refrigerator. In the 11 years I've own this appliance, he was only the second technician to pull it out, vacuum the back side, and then remove the back panel and vacuum the coils covered with 10 years of dust. The techs for the previous 9 annual maintenance visits did not do any of this, and one even said Sears no longer allows that kind of service. So it was refreshing to find someone willing to do this important maintenance service. He checked the temperatures of cold and freezer sections, and adjusted the front levels for the door to close on its own. He vacuumed the dust on the floor and then used my wet Swiffer to clean the floor. I have 6 other appliances under home warranty scheduled for maintenance in the next two weeks. I hope the other techs are as competent.

Ricardo got the job done, checking to make sure everything was running and changed the filter on the refrigerator, took off the front plate so he could clean, but forgot to put the screws back on the front plate - found them at the bottom of my refrigerator underneath the vegetable drawer. Put the screws back in without a problem.
