Drew arrived promptly, went straight to work on the routine service, and showed me how to do some of the routine stuff. He was very professional, pleasant and polite. I am concerned that he was not able to replace a part on the door because it didn't impede the functionality of my refrigerator. Sadly, this tells me my Sears warranty, isn't what it used to be – very disappointing.
