Rendel was very polite, friendly and thorough in looking over my appliances. He was efficient and went right to work taking care to not damage the surroundings. I'd recommend Rendel anytime and was a pleasure to work with in my home.

When making this appointment, I specifically said no appointment before 10AM. My husbands age and health make it hard to get all his/ our part up and running too early in the morning. So no early appointment. The washer & dryer weren't broken. Just maintenance service. The tech, Tyler, showed up at 8AM. No text to the cell number given, Nothing to warn us. I was so angry, I've been thinking about the new maintenance agreement I just purchased, and maybe I'll cancel it. If they can't get the simple directions right this time. What about if we need real help on our equipement. Maybe I need a small local company. I do need to say, Tyler did a good job and trying to explain the machines was not easy. Mrs Lewis J
