Our technician was nice and polite. He was on time. He completed the job well and didn't waste time. I only wish Sears had also scheduled him to do the other two freezers and fidge while he was here. That was not the technician issue that is a scheduling issue. Sears needs to improve how they organize their technicians to service calls. My husband could easily build a program for your company to do that. You are losing a lot of valuable time due to inefficient scheduling procedures. Let me know if you want to save money and get the most productivity from your workforce.
