Dallas was very courteous and thorough in the cleaning of our washer and dryer. Unfortunately, we were not able to determine why the dryer is taking so long to dry clothes. The service department led me to believe that the dryer cleaning service would include cleaning of the dryer vent to the outside. Dallas told me that I will need to find a duct cleaning service to clean out the vent.
